THC-containing products, and more?

In the future, products with higher THC contents will be legalized in social clubs (cultivation associations) In the form of:

  • seeds
  • plants, cuttings
  • cannabis flowers
  • other plant parts like leaves
  • hashish, the secreted resin of the plant.

For members under 21 years of age, a maximum of 30 grams of cannabis or cannabis resins (hashish) with a THC content of no more than 10 percent will be legal each month. For club members over 21 years of age, a maximum of 50 grams of cannabis or cannabis resins will be allowed without a maximum THC limit.

What won't be allowed:

  • edibles (food, drinks, sweets)
  • vaporizer
  • cosmetics

Additionally, changes will be made in the regulation of over-the-counter CBD products:

After legalization, unprocessed CBD flowers with THC content below 0.3% will become completely legal.

This information comes from the current draft law.

Cannabis products with less than 0.3% THC will then be allowed to be used on the body, in the form of extracts and tinctures. In addition, cannabis products may be taken orally or used for inhalation.
